On the days when you want a quick pizza and the versatity of having both wood and gas options with your pizza oven, the manual Vamparossa M-1 gas burner will easily turn any wood burning pizza oven into a hybrid oven. The M-1 is for ovens with inside dimensions between 32 inches and 42 inches and a 4.5 inch hole in the floor of the oven is required. Changing the flame setting requires a turn of the dial. Available in LP and an Electronic version also.
