Q1: Will my Electric Fireplace plug into any standard outlet?
A: Yes, absolutely, all of our Remii electric fireplaces are ready to plug into any standard 120V household outlet. Remii electric fireplaces are designed to be simple and inexpensive to install.
Q2: How much space will my electric fireplace heat?
A: Remii/Amanti electric fireplaces (all sizes) can heat rooms approximately 400-500 sq feet.
Q3: Is an electric fireplace cheaper to run than a gas fireplace?
A: If you do not have an existing gas line, an electric fireplace is probably a more cost-effective option. Also, because gas fireplaces are fueled by gas, they create real flames, while electric fireplaces produce heat with no flame. Generally speaking, a gas fireplace is more expensive to run than an electric fireplace.
Q4: Does the glass front of the electric fireplace get hot?
A: No. The glass front of the fireplace always remains cool and is perfectly safe.
Q5: Do you need any permits to install your electric fireplaces?
A: No permits are required.
Q6: Is there much maintenance required with Remii/Amantii electric fireplaces?
A: The only maintenance required for our electric fireplaces would be to change the standard 40-watt candelabra light bulbs. These usually have a standard life of two years. Every Remii electric fireplace built since 2015 is LED, make sure you get the right bulbs.
Q7: Does a Remii or Amantii electric fireplace need any venting or a chimney?
A: No, Remii electric fireplaces are all vent free and therefore there is no need for any chimney, any venting, or any gas lines. There is no open flame, and no mess or clean up
Q8: How do I turn my fireplace on or off?
A: The majority of Amantii/Remii fireplaces come with a remote control. The remote allows you to turn the fireplace on or off, adjust the intensity of flame, and adjust the level of heat (if applicable) that the electric firebox gives off. Most models also have controls located on the unit as well for manual operation.

Duties Of The Owner
• The appliance must be installed by a qualified installer and operated in accordance with the instructions furnished with the appliance.
• A bill of sale, cancelled check, or payment record should be kept to verify purchase date and establish warranty period.
• Ready access to the appliance for service.
What Is Not Covered
• Damages that might result from the use, misuse, or improper installation of this appliance. Travel, diagnostic costs and freight charges on warranted parts to and from the factory.
• Claims that do not involve defective workmanship or materials.
• Unauthorized service or parts replacements.
• Removal and reinstallation cost.
• Inoperable due to improper or lack of maintenance.
Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail and/or phone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment once the payment has been approved by our fraud prevention system.

All items ship for free- please see below for additional details.
If your order is stock and we then process the charges to your credit card, it will ship between one to five business days from the date of your order but we strive to have it sent as quickly as possible from the warehouse. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@Patiosanctuary.com.

Orders are shipped daily via Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground, USPS, and sometimes other reputable Freight Companies to the lower 48 states.

Freight shipping costs are included with any order going ground to the lower 48 states. HI & AK ship by AIR or SEA at additional cost. Please contact us before purchasing if you live outside of the lower 48 states to receive a quote on the additional charge.

We do not offer Cash On Delivery.

A phone number will be required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.

Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.

Any incorrect contact information provided at the time of checkout (i.e address, phone number) that causes a delay in delivery, may cause additional storage fees to be accrued prior to delivery and must be paid by the purchaser.
Damages

Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives. Please take photos of all sides the box if possible. If there is any immediately noticeable damage, you must make note of it when signing for delivery.
If the carton arrives with the contents exposed/visible, REFUSE SHIPMENT, sign the carrier's paperwork and write "Carton damaged and refused" on it. Take photos if possible and please notify Patio Sanctuary immediately. We will work with the freight company to have it returned and another unit shipped out ASAP.

On the rare occasion the delivery company damages your item, please write "damaged" when signing the driver's bill and please send photos to support@patiosanctuary.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Customer service and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so every effort will be made to correct the situation.
Returns/Cancellations

We allow you to return all new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund MINUS the original AND return shipping costs incurred by Patio Sanctuary.

A restocking fee between 15%-35% will also be incurred and varies from supplier to supplier, depending on what the supplier charges us. Return condition must be in the original packaging/crating from the factory. If the return is not shipped in the original packaging/crating a refund will NOT be given. No exceptions. Refunds are issued only to the original credit card used.

If your return is because of our error, you will be not responsible for the shipping costs.

As these items are generally expensive to ship, we ask that you please measure to make sure the item you are purchasing will fit in your designated space.
