The Harmony Barrel Sauna, part of the Canadian Timber Collection, is constructed using Eastern White Cedar and the kit comes with everything you need to build this eye- catching barrel sauna, It comes equipped with 2 benches, door, cradles and aluminum bands. Must Know
For all Canadian Timber Collection products (CT), customers will have 48 hours to change the order or cancel the order. After 48 hours, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Dundalk Leisurecraft and Patio Sanctuary Responsibilities
1) Building and packing your sauna in a crate
2) Arranging for shipping to your home
Trucking/Freight Company Responsibilities
1) Making an appointment to deliver your sauna
2) Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside
a. The trucking company is NOT responsible for unloading the sauna
b. The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway
c. Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18 wheel truck; Will this size truck fit on your road or neighborhood?
3) If the sauna crate is less than 92” (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck.
4) If the sauna crate is more than 92”, there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck.
Customer Responsibilities
1) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery **In the event nobody is available at the appointment time of the delivery, a redelivery fee will be charged and is TBD by the trucking company**
2) Determining how the sauna is going to be unloaded from the truck
a. Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
b. The crate’s weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna.
3) Customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck.
a. Suggested methods for unloading the truck:
i. Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment: When using a forklift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and forklift extensions are required.
ii. Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to your home.
iii. Have a crew of helpers able to either take the sauna off the truck or unload the crate while on the truck until the crate can be lifted off the truck.
4) If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact Patio Sanctuary or Dundalk, so we can contact the shipper.
a. Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”
RETURNS
Dundalk Leisurecraft's return policy is: They do NOT accept returns but here at Patio Sanctuary, we will do our best to facilitate any Leisurecraft product that must be returned to the factory, not due to damages. The following will apply:
a. 20% Restocking fee- this is what Leisurecraft will charge Patio Sanctuary if they approve the return.
b. Buyer will be responsible for shipping BOTH ways back to the factory. Patio Sanctuary incurs the cost of shipping to you initially but with any return that is not due to damages or a mistake, the buyer pays both charges. These items are heavy and very expensive to ship, especially across the border.
c. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
d. Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund. Patio Sanctuary must comply with their decision and a refund will be granted according to their decision. No exceptions.
Buyer Refusal to Accept Delivery
1) If a customer refuses delivery, the above return policy also applies.
2) If the customer decides after purchase that the item needs to be rerouted to a different address, any additional costs incurred to reroute or any costs incurred to re-deliver will be the buyer's cost.

Warranty
3 year manufacturer warranty-Canadian Timber Collection
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment *In the case of Dundalk Leisurecraft, lead times can vary from 2 weeks to 8 weeks, depending on the item* If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail and/or phone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment once the payment has been approved by our fraud prevention system. **If you wish to
Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we then process the charges to your credit card, it will ship between one to five business days from the date of your order, but we strive to have it sent as quickly as possible from the warehouse. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@Patiosanctuary.com.

Large/Heavy orders are shipped via several reputable freight companies to the lower 48 states. Other items under 100lbs will ship via FedEx Ground or another reputable company.

Freight shipping costs are included with any order going ground to the lower 48 states. HI & AK ship by AIR or SEA at additional cost. Please contact us before purchasing if you live outside of the lower 48 states to receive a quote on the additional charge.

We do not offer Cash On Delivery.

A phone number will be required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.

Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.

Any incorrect contact information provided at the time of checkout (i.e address, phone number) that causes a delay in delivery, may cause additional storage fees to be accrued prior to delivery and must be paid by the purchaser.
Damages

Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives. Please take photos of all sides the box if possible. If there is any immediately noticeable damage, you must make note of it when signing for delivery.
If the carton arrives with the contents exposed/visible, REFUSE SHIPMENT, sign the carrier's paperwork and write "Carton damaged and refused" on it. Take photos if possible and please notify Patio Sanctuary immediately. We will work with the freight company to have it returned and another unit shipped out ASAP.

On the rare occasion the delivery company damages your item, please write "damaged" when signing the driver's bill and please send photos to support@patiosanctuary.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Customer service and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so every effort will be made to correct the situation.
Returns/Cancellations

We allow you to return all new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund MINUS the original AND return shipping costs incurred by Patio Sanctuary.

A restocking fee of 20% will also be incurred as this is what LeisureCraft will charge us. Return condition must be in the original packaging/crating from the factory. If the return is not shipped in the original packaging/crating a refund will NOT be given. No exceptions. Refunds are issued only to the original credit card used.

If your return is because of our error, you will be not responsible for the shipping costs.

As these items are very expensive to ship, especially from Canada, we ask that you please measure to make sure the item you are purchasing will fit in your designated space.

If you received COMPLIMENTARY BONUS ITEMS with your purchase, you will be refunded the order amount, minus return shipping, minus the bonus item cost.
